  1. All dangerous industrial facilitates should have an emergency response plan.
  2. The emergency response plan should include life-saving measures, actions of managers and employees, emergency services and departments.
  3. The emergency response plan includes:
    1. operative part;
    2. task allocation among employees who participate in emergency response, action sequence;
    3. list of public officials and institutes which should be contacted in case of an emergency and which take part in emergency response.
  4. The emergency response plan is approved by the head of company and is agreed with professional emergency services and (or) units.
